(1) According to section 48 of the Act, any civil servant who wants to participate in the establishment, registration or operation of a bank or company or to do any business business shall obtain from the Government of Nepal and section 49A. A civil servant who wants to work under clause (d) or (e) of sub-section (2) of (2) Even the civil servants who have taken prior approval before the commencement of this regulation shall re-take approval according to this regulation.
(3) The Ministry of General Administration may create and apply separate standards regarding the granting of prior approval in accordance with sub-rule (1).
